BREAKDOWN OF LEVELS
lEVEL 1
Perfect for beginners building strong foundations. Athletes learn motions, timing, dance, jumps, entry-level tumbling (cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers), and safe partner stunts at waist/shoulder height with controlled dismounts. The focus is confidence, teamwork, and clean technique to prepare for the next level.
LEVEL 2.1
A bridge team combining Level 2 stunting with Level 1 tumbling. Ideal for athletes solid in basics who are working toward a back handspring. Athletes practice shoulder-level stunts, simple body positions and transitions, stronger jumps, and clean technique, while tumbling remains walkovers and round-offs—no back handspring required yet.
LEVEL 2
For athletes with a consistent standing and running back handspring. Teams progress to more dynamic stunts and pyramids appropriate to Level 2, stronger jump-to-tumble connections, and increased performance endurance. Emphasis is on precision, power, and readiness for competitive routines.
We develop athletes who perform with confidence on the mat and lead with character off it—embracing hard work, accountability, and true team spirit.
TUMBLING rEQUIREMENTS

Perfect for new athletes. We build confidence and strong fundamentals—body shapes, flexibility, handstands, bridges, cartwheels, and safe technique—to set the stage for future skills.

For athletes with solid basics ready to connect skills. Focus on clean rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and front/back walkovers, plus shaping, hurdles, and safe landings.

For athletes progressing to handsprings. Emphasis on standing back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, jump-to-BHS connections, power, and technique on both sprung and dead floors.

For athletes with confident handsprings who are building advanced connections. Train series BHS, jump-to-BHS series, round-off BHS series, aerial cartwheels, direction changes, and precision—prepping for tuck-level readiness.
